Joining this growing PQS firm as Senior Quantity Surveyor you will have fast progression to the senior management team in the PQS division of this growing multi-disciplinary property group.

Company:

An established PQS firm working with large architectural practices from Mayfair to Marylebone, our client works across a broad range of projects, including; high-end residential, commercial, hotels, restaurant chains and offices, with the majority of their work located in the Kensington, Mayfair and Marylebone area.

As part of the succession plan this Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside the incumbent who will be retiring in 18 months. Alongside any work that they may generate or bring with them, they will become familiar with all existing clients and the systems and processes used within the company, spending at least 2 days/week visiting Harefield offices to immerse themselves in the full running of the company.

As the role develops and you assume greater responsibility, bonuses and incentives will be increased and Share options will also be on the table.

With offices in Harefield and new office space in Marylebone coming online in the new year, this new Senior Quantity Surveyor could work out of the central London office whilst hot-desk’ing in Harefield for a few days a week or the other way around.

Person Specification: Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor
• 5 years + practical Experience
• Proven experience at a Senior level
• Ideally Chartered, MRICS, but not essential
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills

Roles and Responsibilities: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Due to the importance of this role the responsibilities will develop overtime. Alongside all the standard Senior Quantity Surveyor responsibilities, the successful applicant must achieve complete the following: –

• Develop relationships with the existing client base, gradually assuming control of them over the next 18 months.
• Hiring of staff as the practice develops
• Develop new areas of the business and help build stronger relations with key clients
• Assist with present contracts where required plus be able to develop their own clients and projects, for which there will be incentives with suitable bonuses

Salary and package: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is offering a salary of Circa. £60,000 depending on experience. our client is keen to put together a highly competitive package focused on a candidates experience and background, including an incentive scheme to ensure that results are well recognised.
