Exceptional opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor experienced in high-end residential projects to join this unique company, specialising in a variety of multi-unit luxury residential projects across the South East.

Company:

Our client is the construction division of a private residential developer delivering a range of high-end luxury developments across the South East from their offices in the centre of Farnham, Surrey. They are a friendly, energetic team, working on a wide variety of projects with properties ranging from single properties of 8000+ sqft to multi-unit sites of 3000-5000 sqft.

With project numbers growing they have now restructured to form a construction division and hence are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work directly under their Managing Director to ensure the efficient running of projects so as to create maximum profits.

Person Specification: Senior Quantity Surveyor

• The successful applicant will be an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Main Contractor background
• Experience may cover a range of project sectors but will include the residential sector, with high-end residential experience being favourable
• You will be experienced in the full project life-cycle

• Run multiple projects at various stages from start to finish
• Work effectively to maximise profit on each project
