New opportunity for a Associate Quantity Surveyor with experience in the commercial sector within this growing Property and Construction Consultancy situated a 4-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station, Central London.

This friendly practice has a team environment and is growing steadily through both acquisition and organic growth. The growth means that there is ample opportunity for progression and this is possible right up to Director level.

They provide property and construction consultancy services to a wide range of national and regional clients in both the private and public sectors and their workload covers both professional and project work.

Their current requirement is for an Associate Quantity Surveyor in the Central London offices and there will be a genuine path to Director level.

Person Specification: Associate Quantity Surveyor

• The successful applicant will be an MRICS qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor
• You will be have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
• You will have varied experience including proven experience at a senior level within the commercial sector
• You will have excellent client facing communication skills
• You will have a good sense of humour and be a team player

Roles & Responsibilities: Associate Quantity Surveyor

This role will drive and grow the cost consultancy side of the business. Taking over and growing the bank monitoring elements and further building the QS side of the business.

Salary & Package: Associate Quantity Surveyor

Our client is happy to offer a salary between £75,000 – £80,000 plus bonus for this Associate Quantity Surveyor role, commensurate with your skills and ability.

Package:

• Bonus – 15% over target
• Progression – Up to Director level
• Holiday entitlement is 23 days and the company is shut down between Christmas and New Year
• Christmas party consists of a trip away, this year it is Paris
• Company social events throughout the year
